The EnSuite

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

The EnSuite Limited Liability Co. (“The EnSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at theensuite.co (the “Site”) and in connection with The EnSuite Residency and our other programs, events, and gatherings (the “Program”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site or enrolling in the Program, you agree to the practices described here.

1Overview & Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we collect from and about visitors to the Site, prospective participants, and participants in the Program. It does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including the payment, hosting, and other service providers described below, or the venues, vendors, and independent third-party events associated with an edition of the Program, each of which maintains its own privacy practices.

2Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide to us

Information collected automatically

Information created during the Program

You are not required to give us personal information, but some information is necessary to enroll in the Program, process a purchase, or receive what you have requested. Any health, dietary, or accessibility details you provide are given voluntarily so that we can accommodate you.

3How We Collect It

We collect information directly from you when you fill out a form, enroll, make a purchase, correspond with us, or attend the Program; automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site; and from our service providers, such as our checkout and payment processors, who share limited transaction information with us so that we can confirm and fulfill your enrollment.

4How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

5How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

We do not share your information with independent third-party events (such as festivals or conferences held near an edition), and we make no representations on their behalf; any information you provide directly to them is governed by their own privacy practices.

6Payment Information

Payments are handled by our third-party checkout and payment processors. When you make a purchase, you provide your payment card or financing details directly to those processors, not to us. The EnSuite does not collect or store your full payment card number. We receive only limited transaction information — such as confirmation of payment, the amount, the last digits or type of card, and your billing contact details — needed to confirm and fulfill your enrollment. Your use of a payment or financing provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

7Cookies & Analytics

The Site is largely static, but we and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and improve performance. The embedded checkout provided by our checkout and payment processors may set its own cookies when you begin a purchase, and any website analytics service we use may set cookies to collect usage data as described in Section 2.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some features of the Site may not work properly if you do. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time, but we honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.

8Photographs, Video & Marketing

The Program is photographed and filmed. As described in our Terms & Conditions, by participating you grant us the right to use your image, likeness, and voice for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. These images and recordings may be considered personal information and are handled in accordance with this Policy. If you have concerns about the use of your image, contact us at the email address below, and note the process described in our Terms & Conditions for indicating in advance that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.

9Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including delivering the Program, maintaining our relationship with you across future editions, and sending you communications you have not opted out of — and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. We also rely on the security practices of our reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

11Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

All users

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, and the purposes for collecting it; request deletion or correction of your personal information; and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. You may submit a request as described in Section 16; we will verify your request before responding, and you may use an authorized agent.

EEA, UK & similar jurisdictions (GDPR)

If you are in a region governed by the GDPR or similar laws, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We process personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so — including to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate business interests, with your consent, and to comply with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12We Do Not Sell Your Data

The EnSuite does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.

13Children's Privacy

The Site and the Program are intended for adults. The Program is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

14Third-Party Links & Events

The Site and our communications may contain links to third-party websites, and an edition of the Program may be held near or reference independent third-party events. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site, service, or event before providing your information to them.

15International Users

The EnSuite is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. If you access the Site or enroll from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

16Submitting a Privacy Request

To exercise any of the rights described above, or to ask a question about your information, email us at britney@theensuite.co with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be charged for a reasonable request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

17Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Policy on the Site. Material changes will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site or the Program after that constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
